The Kelp Cooler
A cool and refreshing cocktail that highlights the umami notes of the gin. The addition of cucumber and lime creates a bright and balanced drink.
Ingredients:
45ml Rimurimu and Thyme Gin
30ml fresh lime juice
15ml simple syrup
Cucumber slices
Soda water
Recipe:
Muddle the cucumber slices in a shaker.
Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and ice, and shake well.
Strain into a tall glass with ice
Top with soda water.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
