Rimurimu Negroni

A classic Italian cocktail that's bold, bitter, and beautifully balanced.

Ingredients: 

  • 30ml Rimurimu & Thyme Gin 

  • 30ml Campari 30ml sweet vermouth 

  • Orange peel for garnish 


Instructions: 

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice. 

  2. Add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. 

  3. Stir until well chilled. 

  4. Garnish with an orange peel expressing the oils over the drink.
