Kiwi Gin Sour

This cocktail is a twist on the classic gin sour, with the addition of kiwi fruit syrup to add a touch of sweetness and tang. The egg white gives the cocktail a frothy texture and silky mouthfeel.


Ingredients:

  • 60ml Kawakawa and Pink Peppercorn gin

  • 30ml fresh lime juice

  • 20ml kiwi fruit syrup (3:3:1 sugar, water and kiwifruit juice mix)

  • 1 egg white

Recipe:

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.

  3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a slice of kiwi fruit.
